Privacy policy
Last updated October 1, 2026. The short version: your health data is yours, we never sell it, and you can take it or delete it at any time.
What we collect
Readings from your devices, the profile details you choose to give us such as age and height, and basic app diagnostics. We do not collect your location except when you record an outdoor workout.
How we use it
To show you your data, calculate scores and trends, and improve our algorithms using de-identified, aggregated data. You can opt out of algorithm improvement in settings.
What we never do
We never sell health data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it to target ads.
Your rights
Export everything from the app at any time. Delete your account and your data is erased within 30 days. For any request, email privacy@bitshealth.arph.org.
